Delivery Time

Total delivery time is the time it takes you to receive an order after it has been placed. It is divided into two separate parts; processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1 – 3 days) begins after you submit an order and continues until the order leaves our warehouse. Processing time is in addition to shipping time and is not affected by the method of shipping selected. This should be considered when calculating your shipping selection especially if you need to receive your order sooner.

Shipping time (varies by chosen method) begins when the order actually leaves our warehouse and continues until the package arrives at your door. Shipping time is directly affected by the method of shipping chosen.


An order is submitted Friday after our normal business hours with FedEx 2-day Air as the selected shipping method. The order is then processed on Monday morning during our normally scheduled business hours. The warehouse packages the shipment and it leaves Monday afternoon. The package will be in transit Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday night. Processing time was 3 days and shipping time was 2 days totaling 5 days from the time the order was submitted.


Due to the value of our products, an adult signature is required evidencing receipt of all shipments of valuation in excess of $500.00 USD. Please use the tracking information provided to determine delivery schedules so that you may arrange for an adult to be available to accept delivery.

Shipping Policy


All orders that arrive by 3:00 PM M.S.T. Monday through Friday will be shipped within three business days. Orders that arrive after this time Monday through Thursday will ship within four business days. Orders received after 3:00 PM on Fridays, and on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed and shipped on, or before, the following Wednesday afternoon.

All orders are shipped via a variety of FedEx services.


A variety of UPS methods are available for shipment of international orders. Offered methods vary by destination country.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the shipping cost, as well as all duties and taxes. Typically, due to the nature of products offered, shipments are tax-free and non-dutiable. We will provide the necessary forms for customers residing within EU-member nations. Shipments to Canada, Australia and Singapore require no additional documentation. For other countries, please check with your local customs authority for the specific regulations regarding importation of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). International orders may be delayed in Customs and there can be further delay in shipping time if the product is confiscated or lost. GO! Mobility Solutions is not responsible for packages once they are received by Customs. Our warranty applies to merchandise only and does not cover any shipping-related costs or related charges including duties and taxes which you may be required to pay.

Hours Of Operation

GO! Mobility Solutions is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST. We are closed in observance for the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

We may also be closed on days which occur either before or after a holiday. For more information regarding our holiday schedule please contact us during normal business hours.

Credit Card Policy

The GO! Mobility Solutions website does not process credit cards but instead only validates the card as “good” and not expired. Your account will not be charged until your order is scheduled for shipment, usually, on the evening before, or the morning of, actual shipment. The confirmation email you receive from our website only represents that an order has been received but not processed. An order receipt will be sent to your e-mail address once the order has been charged. You should receive the tracking detail within 24 hours from the time you receive your order receipt.

For your your privacy and protection, GO! Mobility Solutions does maintain any credit card information. In the event a customer wishes to place an additional order in the future, credit card information will need to be resubmitted.

Declination Of Credit Card

In the event that a credit card transaction is declined, you will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail. Please ensure that valid telephone numbers and e-mail address is being used. Note: GO! Mobility Solutions does not sell or share any of your personal information with any other companies or entities.

GO! Mobility Solutions is not responsible for shipments delayed as a result of credit card declination and will, under no circumstances, offer upgrades, free products, or refunds as compensation due to a declined credit card. Declined orders are held for 3 business days after which time the order is canceled and a new one must be submitted.
